The conditions for accessing Max AI Trading, including account duties, responsible use, trading risk, service availability, and liability boundaries.
You must be legally able to use the service, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and security devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Max AI Trading supplies workflow software and informational tools. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary and does not promise that any proposal, strategy, analysis, or trade is suitable or profitable.
You control whether to connect a provider, fund an Agentic account, approve actions, permit automation, and continue using an agent. You accept investment, execution, model, market-data, liquidity, technology, and third-party-provider risks.
You may not misuse the service, bypass controls, probe other accounts, introduce malicious code, violate provider terms, manipulate markets, use the service unlawfully, or interfere with its availability or security.
Robinhood, Google, AI providers, and other connected services operate under their own terms. Max AI Trading is not responsible for third-party availability, data, decisions, execution, security, or changes to their products.
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. The service may experience maintenance, errors, delays, or outages. Live broker execution is not included in the current Max AI Trading release.
The service is provided without any promise of returns, error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, execution quality, data accuracy, or prevention of investment loss. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Access may be restricted or terminated for security concerns, abuse, legal requirements, unpaid charges if paid services are introduced, provider restrictions, or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.
