Investments can lose value, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Liquidity, volatility, market gaps, order handling, outages, and rapidly changing conditions may create losses that controls cannot prevent. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
AI agents can hallucinate, misunderstand instructions, use stale or incomplete information, select an unintended instrument, or behave unexpectedly. Outputs must be independently reviewed and should not be treated as reliable merely because they sound confident.
You are responsible for your investment decisions, account settings, instructions, approvals, monitoring, and all activity performed through an agent you authorize. Review broker activity and disconnect an agent immediately if its behavior is not what you intended.
Max AI Trading currently supports production account access and paper-proposal workflows. It does not yet submit live orders to Robinhood. Any page describing Robinhood MCP tools explains official provider capabilities and the planned integration boundary, not a claim that every tool is currently active inside Max AI Trading.
Options are complex and are not appropriate for every investor. A contract can lose its entire value in a short time, and some complex strategies can create losses greater than the initial investment. Robinhood approval and strategy eligibility are required.
