A proposal-first approach

Max AI Trading is being built around a simple belief: artificial intelligence can help people organize research and evaluate possibilities, but important financial decisions should remain deliberate, transparent, and under human control. Our goal is to create a safer workspace for reviewing AI-assisted trade ideas before any action is considered.

Instead of treating an AI response as an instruction, Max AI Trading uses a proposal-first workflow. An idea can include its thesis, reference price, estimated position size, and relevant risk checks. The user can then review the reasoning, compare it with personal limits, approve or reject the proposal, and retain a clear record of that decision.

Safety from the beginning

Safety is designed into the product from the beginning. New accounts start disconnected, paused, and in paper mode. Human approval is required by default. Per-order limits, daily exposure limits, position sizing rules, and trading pauses are intended to operate independently from AI-generated language. These controls help separate creative analysis from deterministic enforcement.

Max AI Trading is now available as a production workspace for account creation, paper proposals, risk-policy configuration, human review, and operational audit history. Direct Robinhood order submission remains gated while the official per-user MCP authorization, token lifecycle, reconciliation, and execution controls are completed.

What comes next

The platform is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. Nothing on this website is investment advice, and no AI system can eliminate market risk or guarantee results.

As development continues, this blog will document product decisions, safety improvements, official Robinhood integration progress, and lessons from running a production control workspace. Anyone interested in a more deliberate way to explore AI-assisted trading can create an account and begin with the paper workflow today.
